**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

In a nutshell, your role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. You’ll be focussing on the systems, processes, people and growth. Here’s what else is involved:
Operational, keeping the Managing Director informed, providing resources
- Strategic direction, providing leadership, developing campaigns
- People and culture which includes recruitment, onboarding, training and development
- Financial reporting, monitoring performance, assisting with documentation and negotiation of contracts

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

First things first, good communication skills are a must, discretion and confidentiality are also top of the list. A few other skills we’re looking for:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, dynamic and a natural problem solver
- Handy with Microsoft Office Suite
- Sky high attention to detail and some solid editing skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks at the one time
- General administration experience
