We’re on the lookout for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our casual staff pool, with the opportunity to grow alongside us as we continue to deliver tailored, participant-focused support across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and Sydney surrounds.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Prior experience in disability or mental health support (preferred but not essential)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.50 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
