**About the role**:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Personal Carer who is passionate about helping older adults live independently while staying connected to the communities they cherish. This is an opportunity to offer your care and kindness in a supportive environment, where your dedication will have a meaningful impact.

**Shifts required**:

- **Ballarat** - Monday AM - Two hours (ideally 9.00am - 11.00am (can be flexible in the AM)
- **Ballarat** - Tuesday AM - Two hours (flexible to 3.00pm)
- **Maryborough** - Wednesday AM - Two hours - (9.00am - 11.00am)
- **Ballarat** - Wednesday PM - Two hours - (12.30pm - 2.30pm)
- **Ballarat**:

- Friday AM - Two hours (ideally 9.00am - 11.00am (can be flexible in the AM)

**Responsibilities**:

- You genuinely enjoy supporting older people and have some experience to back it up
- You’re great at managing your time and comfortable working independently
- You can communicate clearly both written and verbally and promptly reporting any changes in our clients' health.
- You’re available for the hours mentioned above and are happy to step in for extra shifts when needed
- Experience working with the clients that require personal care, social support and domestic assistance.
- Provide person-centred care with a focus on dignity, safety and well-being.
- Assist our client with community support and activities of interest.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks, including making beds and cleaning rooms.
- Adapting care plans to address the unique requirements of each client.

**About you**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or Nursing qualifications.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willingness to undertake one.
- Valid Victorian Driver License
- Reliable and comprehensive insured vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Morning shift
