Residential Property Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee leasing activities, including advertise vacant properties, screening prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements.
- Maintain high occupancy rates through proactive tenant relations and retention strategies.
- Ensure property maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community.
- Organise workorders and communicate back to owner and tenants.
- Stay current with local market trends and competitor activities to optimize property performance.
- Perform routine inspections, home opens and final bond inspections

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of property management practices and applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., ProperyTree, InspectionExpress would be a bonus)

**Education and Certifications**:

- Property Manager Registration.

**Salary**: $40-$55ph depending on experience. Phone included but must have own vehicle at this stage.
