**Requirements**:
**The Sales Experience**
- 2-3 years of previous experience selling a SAAS-based platform, preferably in the Prop/Info/Fin tech industries
- Proven ability to build and close sales pipeline for a complex (multi-layered) technology solution
- Responsible for managing leads through a defined process in a CRM system
- Research prospective customers before first contact to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of Archistar’s Property Platform technology
- Adept at constantly engaging contacts, conducting product demonstrations and holding negotiations to tailor a flexible platform solution based on a client’s needs

**The Service Experience**
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, including Internal resources to support the acquisition, onboarding and customer service of customers
- Be conscious, follow through with customer requests on-demand, and revert them to the appropriate service channel.
- Have a ‘customer first’ approach in all your dealings and take a proactive approach to ensure continuity of your subscription sales

**Sales resilience and capability**
- Ability to overcome rejections and have a proven track record in exceeding monthly sales targets
- Strong closing skills with an ability to sign clients onto long-term agreements
- An aptitude to be able to simplify complex product features into a consultative selling model

**Communication, teamwork and culture fit**
- Work closely with marketing to support successful outbound campaigns
- Effective communication to product owners to be the ‘voice of the customer’ for product enhancements
- Be a brand ambassador for customer events
- Work closely with peers to improve the team environment, including participating in skills coaching, team workshops and other industry training as needed.
- Be a ‘can-do’ solution focussed team player who is happy to embrace and improve the team environment with constructive feedback, a positive mindset and someone who contributes to the team dynamic.
