We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable **Floor Installer/ Labourer** to join our installation team

**Job type**: Casual/Part-time/ Full-time — hours will vary depending on workload, with the possibility of more regular shifts for the right person. This position may suit a school leaver with commencement date able to be negotiated.

**Daily tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Assisting our installers on-site with flooring jobs
- Carrying and moving flooring materials including deliveries
- Site clean-up and preparation work
- General support to ensure installations run smoothly

**We NEED you to have**:

- A good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality (we need someone we can count on)
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- A reasonable level of physical fitness — lifting and carrying are part of the job
- A driver’s licence and own transport

**We would LOVE you to have (but not compulsory)**:

- Previous labouring or trade experience
- Knowledge of flooring or construction sites
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Training and support provided, with opportunities to gain experience in the flooring industry.
Pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $67,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
