**About the role**:
Our fun and supportive Warranty Team are seeking a passionate, process driven individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator.

The role is to provide all warranty administration for the service department and warranty management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all manufacturer guidelines are adhered to in the processing of warranty claims
- Ensure all the dealership warranty policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
- Maximise warranty labour recovery, in turn minimising any warranty lost hours
- Full knowledge of brand warranty policies, reducing audit risks
- Meet set monthly closed RO targets
- Efficiently administer the entire warranty process for dedicated brand/s
- Submit authority to manufacturer for complex repairs.

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a warranty clerk desired, not essential
- Experience with our brands and premium brand experience - highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience in automotive DMS systems - EraPower, regarded but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce high quality documentation
