Our client in the Mining Industry is seeking an experienced Systems Project Lead to manage the implementation of Contract Management software into their Sustaining Capital Procurement team. This role is critical in realising genuine simplification through aligning systems, practices and workflows with other divisions in the company. **In this role, you will shape the implementation from strategy to implementation.** Reporting to the Manager - Engineering, Major Projects and Improvement and working in a fast paced and exciting environment within the Sustaining Capital Procurement team, you will demonstrate: - Robust project management skills with high attention to detail; - Ability to understand business need and translation into technical requirements (system outputs); - Experience in planning and implementing system training for the division and follow-up support during implementation; - Strong communication skills (interdepartmental and with external vendor); and - Relationship and deliverables management of the software provider.
