Sydney CBD - Hybrid- 3-6 Month Contract (Daily Rate)- Join a For-Purpose, values-led organisation- About this role:
- We are looking for a passionate Operations Lead to join a fantastic tech startup that is looking to make a difference in helping to end climate change. This will be an initial 3-6 month contract, working in a hybrid environment in Sydney's CBD 2 x a week. You will bring strong tech startup industry experience and your responsibilities will encompass operations management, project management and customer support.- Responsibilities:- Streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency in daily activities
- Lead in the planning, execution and delivery of projects with key partners and coordinating the effective collaboration with in teams
- Providing support across product, marketing business development and people & culture
- Office management responsibilities
- Point of contact for all operational queries
- Managing the onboarding process of new starters with relevant tools & software- Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role within a tech startup environment
- Experience of optimising operational processes and managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
- Bring a can-do mindset, adaptable and willing to do whatever it takes to bring success to the startup
