This position presents a great opportunity for someone to join the Data Solutions (Rewards) Consulting team to work across our General industry portfolio.

**Associate Consultant**

The Data Solutions team focuses on providing high quality data products and value-added services to our survey portfolio clientele. We do this by delivering products that focus on the clients’ needs, using innovation to enhance client value. We identify new business opportunities and partner with advisory services to deliver added value out of Aon data products.

As an Associate Consultant, you will work within the team to provide high quality data products, surveys and value-added services to our General industry portfolio across the Pacific region.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices

**What the day will look like**

You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the survey and act as client manager for the CASS client portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the relationship with key clients across the Pacific as well as working with our Marketing / Commercial team to identify prospective clients
- Working with a range of colleagues in, Data Operations, regional and global operations teams and Commercial teams to execute on all client products
- Understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into product management and development
- Using the survey data to general analysis, insights and contribute to thought leadership
- You will also provide project support and expertise to the broader Rewards Solutions and Advisory business

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

We are flexible on working backgrounds, whilst looking for someone with a helpful and client centric approach, able to work with multiple stakeholders and guide clients through processes.

We are also looking for;
- A Consulting, Finance or HR background with experience in Remuneration / Benefits / Reward
- Experiences in a client relationship position, with interest in developing new client relationships
- You will be highly analytical with sound project management skills and the ability to multi-task in a varied role
