**The Role**

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic **All-Rounder / Kitchen Hand** to join our team. Sushi-making experience is essential for this role, as you will be actively involved in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and rolling sushi to a high standard
- Assisting with food prep and cooking tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas
- Serving customers and handling POS (if needed)
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the team with general duties as required

**Requirements**:

- **Sushi-making experience is a must**:

- Prior kitchen hand or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
