Join The Style Capsule team

We are excited to grow The Style Capsule family and are looking for an energised, fashion loving individual to join our Rundle Street boutique.

Essentially we are looking for a person who is highly sales focused, delivers exceptional customer service and is fully competent in managing a boutique, who is happy to work a fixed Friday night 3hr shift per week, with occasional Saturday/Sunday and week day shifts when needed.

In this role you will be required to:

- Focus on achieving sales targets
- Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Ability to work under pressure, highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively
- Prepared to work weekends
- Knowledge in opening and closing procedures
- Liaising with management weekly
- Showcase a strong understanding of designer brands, fabrications, styling concepts and trends.
- Stock management responsibilities
- Participating in weekly socials

- Positive
- Self-driven and motivated
- Can work autonomously, being sole in charge
- Retail fashion experience essential
- A genuine love for customer service and the ability to tailor your service to suit a range of customers
