We are excited to grow The Style Capsule family and are looking for an energised, fashion loving individual to join our Rundle Street boutique.

Essentially we are looking for a person who is highly sales focused, delivers exceptional customer service and is fully competent in managing a boutique, who is happy to work a fixed Friday night 3-4hr per week shift, with occasional Saturday and week day shifts when needed.

In this role you will be required to:

- Focus on achieving sales targets
- Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Ability to work under pressure, highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively
- Prepared to work weekends
- Knowledge in opening and closing procedures
- Liaising with management weekly
- Showcase a strong understanding of designer brands, fabrications, styling concepts and trends.
- Stock management responsibilities
- Participating in weekly socials

About You:

- Positive
- Self-driven and motivated
- Can work autonomously, being sole in charge
- Retail fashion experience essential
- A genuine love for customer service and the ability to tailor your service to suit a range of customers
