**What you'll be doing**:
Our Molendinar factory is under new management and is looking for an experienced Tradesperson to join our Assembly team.

Your day-to-day would include
- Manufacturing and assembling a wide range of traditional and custom staircases
- Mentoring and training apprentices and junior staff
- Quality control of own work
- Working within a team-focused environment

**What you'll need**:

- A completed apprenticeship in carpentry/joinery or demonstrated industry experience (essential)
- Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
- At least 3 years of industry experience (ideal)
