**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **Diploma-qualified Room Leader** who is confident, organised, and passionate about leading a small team to deliver high-quality early education. You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the VEYLDF and the needs of your children and families.

You will lead one of our two age-based rooms, build strong relationships with children and families, and play an active role in continuous improvement across the service.

**Who You Are**
- Hold a **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or equivalent)
- Confident in leading a small team of educators and mentoring others
- Strong understanding of the **NQF, VEYLDF**, and **child development theories**:

- Experienced in **programming, planning**, and documentation
- Bright, warm, and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Have or are willing to obtain **First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and CPR certification**:

- Committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children
- A team player who is genuinely passionate about early education and care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
