**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.15am and 6.15pm

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Coorparoo - Cavendish Road**:
Goodstart Coorparoo Cavendish Road is an Early Learning Centre situated on the southside of Brisbane’s CBD. We are easily accessible by public transport being in close proximity to bus stops and the train line.
Our Early Learning Centre caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age and is made up of 5 rooms - Nursery, Toddlers, Senior Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.
At Goodstart Coorparoo Cavendish Road we believe in providing the best possible Education and Care to each and every child within our Centre and to ensure that all children are supported and guided through the first five years of their life.
Our Centre aims to develop strong, respectful relationships with children and their families by working in partnership to establish a supportive care environment.
We have a wonderful team of motivated and highly qualified educators here who pride themselves on providing the best Education and Care to all of the children at our Centre.
