**WOMEN’S SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

The role of the Women's Support Specialist is integral within the Lovewell Foundation team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this specialist engages with women from our diverse programs, including those employed at our social enterprise, Lovewell Café, and on occasion, supporting women employed within the broader community. Work primarily takes place at the Lovewell Foundation office in Mount Gravatt East or Lovewell Café at Mount Gravatt Lookout, with some potential for remote work.

**QUALIFICATION**:
The Women’s Support Specialist will hold a Degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar studies and be highly experienced in working with women from vulnerable backgrounds.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In this role, the Women's Support Specialist will:
(b) Achieve outcomes which are clearly defined;
(c) Utilise a CRM system to maintain clear case notes, track support levels, meet KPIs, and document evidence that outlines each client's needs. The Specialist will work with clients to ensure their direction toward meeting their goals is supported and has momentum in alignment with the timeframe parameters set by the organisation;
(d) Work collaboratively with other staff to make necessary referrals for women as needed in the areas of physical, mental and social wellbeing;
(e) Work as part of a team to assist women to seek and gain employment beyond the Lovewell Foundation and Lovewell Café;
(f) Provide support to senior staff on special projects;
(j) Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative and maintain strict confidentiality and sensitivity when performing duties.

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Initially 10-12 hours per week permanent part time, moving to full time or job share.

**SALARY & CONDITIONS**:
As advised under the Industry Award, (SCHADS) Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award, commensurate with qualifications and experience, detailed in the letter of employment. Superannuation paid by the employer; Salary Sacrifice options available.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-12 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $51.90 per hour
