**About the Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commodity Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Commodity, you will be responsible for:

- Procuring Milling and Speciality grades in South Australia
- Maintaining contracts of all commodities in SAP
- Managing the sales of Mill Run from the South Australia Mill
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, including Procurement, Risk, Logistics, Grain Admin, and Finance
- Ensure compliance with the Company's health and safety policies and procedures

- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
