Business Trainee

Work for a non for profit organisation supporting the Community - Gain your Certificate III in Business Administration - Our supportive Community Solutions team will assist you every step of the way during your traineeship journey - Full Time hours: Monday-Friday only **The Traineeship** We currently have a 12-month Business traineeship opportunity based at Reedy Creek (Burleigh Heads) site. In this traineeship you will learn with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia, Endeavour Foundation whilst completing a Certificate 3 Business. Endeavour Foundation is a member of **Charitable Recycling Australia (CRA)** which promotes the impact of the charitable reuse, recycling and retail sector. The traineeship will involve learning various aspects of Administration Support ensuring smooth operation of office activities at the site. The traineeship will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Officer who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business. **What will you bring to the role?** Our team will teach you during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: - An aspiration to work in an office environment - An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well - Internal customer service and liaise with other departments within Endeavour - Understand the importance of client privacy - Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly - Enjoy working with data - Ability to work Monday to Friday full time - Pass a Police Check - Able to obtain a blue card & NDIS Workers Screening check (we reimburse for this) - Provide two references - Bring a keen attitude and a willingness to learn **Who We Are?** **Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses.
