HR Business Partner

Joining a team of highly engaged HR professionals and reporting directly to the People Director you will provide expert support and advice across all people related matters within your portfolio. You will work in partnership with the Executive Director - Place and Environment to provide strategic and operational expertise with input into projects and design of new strategies through a people lens.

In this role you will have the rare opportunity to work closely with a team of highly regarded environmental specialists in geographically dispersed teams. You will also work in close partnership with the wider national People Team including Talent Acquisition, Reward and Performance and the learning team.

**You will also**
- Hold 5+ years’ experience in a generalist role with strong knowledge of HR policies, employment relations, and best practice.
- Be highly knowledgeable of HR systems and processes
- Have previous experience working as a business partner in an internal consulting role providing advice and support to managers in geographically dispersed teams.
- Have strong business/commercial acumen with a track record of developing strong relationships internally, externally and across business units.
- Have previous experience assisting with organisational development strategies to promote workforce capabilities, retention and culture.
- Have experience in global mobility - not essential
- Hold relevant Tertiary qualifications.
