**The Role**

The role is a trusted partner and overseas all facets of the forecasting process and delivering the data integrity of the ONE Number system.
- ** New product forecast management process**: Partner with cross functional teams to manage new line forecasts from initial sign-off through to launch, maintaining forecast, pricing and data accuracy throughout the process.
- ** ISP/VRP**: Work with the ISPs/VRP to improve forecast error.
- ** Monitor forecast error reports**: Monitor exception error reports and make recommendations for improvements.
- ** Product lifecycle management**: Partner with Marketing & SDI with product life cycle process, managing the timing of promotional packs to shelf.
- ** Meetings**: Present reports, reviews and updates in all periodic meetings.
- ** Annual budgeting process**:Manage the annual sales forecast budgeting process.
- ** Modelling**: Manage and coordinate with stakeholders during modelling processes, as required, and ensure the results are reflected in ONE, where required.
- ** General**: Collaborate cross functionally and with key stakeholders to maintain, monitor, review and adjust forecasts appropriately.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary undergraduate level qualification in relevant discipline preferred.
- APICS Certification is desirable.
- 5+ years industry experience.
- Good understanding of FMCG Sales or Logistics functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel Power Query and PowerBI).
- Excellent interpersonal and business relationship skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in using tools such as PowerBI, DataQuery, PowerPivot, DAX
