Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our field services team support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products for our global customers.

As a Field Specialist ADGT Mechanical you will coordinates and oversees work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer and this may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.

As a Field Specialist ADGT Mechanical, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and oversees work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer Including sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.
- Providing the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
- Coordinating and directs the activities of service operators.
- Coordinating the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Including evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
- Collaborating with others crew members to the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a minimum four year technical degree or equivalent
- Have industry experience and TPS product line training required.
- Have good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working skills.
- Have specialized on Aero Gas Turbine Products.
- Able to follows established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment’s in the Field.
