Based in
**Camberwell** Victoria, Nazareth Care Australasia's regional office is seeking an enthusiastic and customer service orientated Accounts Payable Officer.

The
**Accounts Payable Officer** plays a key role as part of the finance team; ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner, whilst initiating and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement.
- Payment of creditors and staff expenses
- Responding to creditor queries
- Liaising with creditors, staff and management
- Reconciliation of creditor and other accounts
- Maintaining an effective accounts payable system

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong Accounts Payable end to end experience with high volume, across geographically dispersed locations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong administration skills, attention to detail and ability to follow process
- Strong customer service focus with a “can do” attitude
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work independently
- Collaborative working style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Dynamix preferred
- Experience in Residential Aged Care desirable but not essential
