**What’s the role?**

You’ll be part of something big—helping WA’s most ambitious businesses grow, thrive, and take on the world. Based in Perth, this full-time role puts you right in the action, working alongside our Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors to support a diverse portfolio of emerging corporates. You’ll bring your financial smarts to the table, helping structure complex deals, analyse credit, and keep relationships strong. It’s fast-paced, future-focused, and full of opportunity.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up and shape the future of relationship banking:

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce.
- CPA or CA certified—or on the path to getting there.
- Experience working with larger, more complex lending structures.
- Strong credit and risk analysis skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A natural communicator who builds trust and brings energy to every conversation.
