Position: Pre-Analytical Workflow Team Leader
- Hours per week: 40 hours per week

- Location: Austin Hospital

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate/key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure sample samples are processed ina atimely manner to meet turnaround times KPI's
- Manage fron end workflow to meet service demands
- Assist in preparationof methods, manuals and process documentation
- Assist to train, monitor, and evaluate the performance of staff
- Respond to telephone enquiries and/or direct calls appropriately
- Sort and distribute samples as they arrive into the laboratory
