Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced **Administration officer **to join our **Radiology Department.** This department provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging examinations to patients who attend Austin Health.

This position is based across two Austin Health sites, the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital and the Austin Hospital. A variety of shifts are worked on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent general administrative skills and have relevant experience gained by working previously in a hospital or busy medical practice. You will be proficient with a variety of skills in medical reception, which require attention to detail, a professional and pleasant telephone manner and excellent keyboard skills. You must be able to demonstrate a caring attitude towards people from culturally diverse backgrounds and also to our veteran community. Your knowledge of medical billing processes and Medicare will also be highly regarded.
