An exciting opportunity exists for a **Manager Tenancy and Property, Frankston** on a **ongoing **basis in the **Client Support and Housing Services Unit**.

The department provides affordable and secure housing assistance for low-income people across Victoria. We deliver or fund community services organisations to provide emergency and transitional accommodation, longer-term public and community managed housing, private rental assistance, homelessness assistance, home ownership assistance, new forms of social housing and related support services

The Manager, Tenancy and Property provides leadership and management to a team of staff responsible for planning and managing the delivery of tenancy and property services. There is a focus on a Social Landlord approach which includes a timely and responsive client service, improving the well-being of tenants, sustaining tenancies, providing safe and well-maintained housing, and supporting tenants to build their capacity to manage their tenancy independently. The position is responsible for meeting organisational objectives, client's needs, stakeholder objectives, key performance indicators, service delivery standards and timelines, and specified budgetary outcomes.

**VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS POLICY**

Other mandatory qualifications or requirements for this opportunity include:

- A full driver's licence is required due to the need to respond to emergencies across the State at short notice and outside business hours as required.
- Certificate IV in Social Housing or equivalent is desirable
