THE ROLE
Tenancy and Property Officer
Tenancy and Property Officers play a vital role in supporting the delivery of client-centered services to individuals and families who seek housing assistance or reside in public housing.
Tenancy and Property Officers are part of a network of community workers and organisations that share the responsibility for working with vulnerable people to promote and support their wellbeing. Based in offices across the state, the role undertakes a range of tasks relating to tenancy and property management and the provision of housing advice and assistance.
Are you
- Knowledgeable of departmental housing activities, services and support
- Experienced in delivering a wide range of housing services and functions
- Motivated, resilient and able to work collaboratively with the service sector and departmental programs
