Hourly Rate: $33.53 - $41.30 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

This 96-place service offers a warm, collaborative environment where educators are respected, empowered, and continuously supported in their growth.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Step into rooms across different age groups to provide consistent care- Support daily routines, transitions, and learning programs- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team- Adapt to new environments and support permanent educators as needed- Be available to work a variety of shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it)- Working with Children Check (Employee - VIC)- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012 or equivalent)- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
