**About the role**

We are seeking **Hydraulic Technician** to join our **Thiess Western Region Maintenance hub located in Hazelmere,**working **Monday to Friday.** The Maintenance Hub is designed to support repairs and refurbish a variety of Mining Equipment and Components within Thiess and subsidiary internal Asset refurbishment requirements as well as external key Tier 1 mining customers.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry
- Experience in hydraulic components, maintenance and repairs
- Ability to read micrometers and various types of measuring equipment
- Machining backgrounds welcomed
- Maintaining the workshop area to a high standard of housekeeping & organisation
- Working within a dedicated team to deliver a high level of workmanship
- Must be well organised, methodical and have an eye for detail
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, safe work practices & risk awareness
