As with most restaurants in Melbourne right now, we are looking for staff of all levels. Unlike most restaurants we can hopefully offer some things to make your work life that little bit more interesting.

We offer award pay rates, breaks, meals and keep things positive.
- We are a multicultural kitchen serving Latin American food.
- We open select Public Holidays meaning you can take time off with family and friends, or sometimes get paid Public holiday rates.
- We do pay award rates, and pay overtime.
- We do feed our staff, regardless of whether you do a 2 hour shift or an 8 hour shift.
- We do offer 4 day, full time working weeks, or casual shifts of 1 - 2 days per week or more.
- We do offer staggered start times - to fit in with your other job or study requirements.
- We do give you a knock off, a beer, a wine or soft drink if you don’t drink alcohol.
- We do provide training if you’ve never done this before.
- We don’t shout, boss people around or crack the poos - we hope you don’t either.
- We are busy, we all work hard, and we respect each other.
- We turn up the next day, no matter how hard the day before was. If we’re not enjoying ourselves, we talk about it.
- We don’t tolerate (and we’ve never had to) racism, sexism or bullying. It’s just not in our culture.
- If you need sponsorship, we can get you there. We’ve done it with several of our staff and know how it all works. But, it does take commitment, from both of us. If you wanted to start as a dishwasher / kitchen hand, and wanted sponsorship, we’d be open to that conversation. It is a process that all going well becomes a win win for us both.
