**We're looking for warm, friendly, and experienced Support Worker to provide care and support at The Manor in Batemans Bay, NSW.**

For over 75 years, our community-owned, not-for-profit organization has provided the Canberra and regional community with vibrant and luxurious retirement living villages, reliable and innovative home care, and the very best in residential aged care facilities. This is a **part time**role for **20 hrs a week**.

**Salary**
- $34.28 - $34.53 (Base Per Hour Rate) + Super + salary packaging

**To apply, you must have**:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support
- Experience as a Carer (Residential or Community)
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders

**About the role**
We are seeking warm, friendly, and experienced Carers who are enthusiastic and energetic, and who ideally have a passion for aged care. Residential Carer's provide personal care for our low, high care and dementia residents.

Here are some responsibilities but not limited to:

- **Cleaning**: Assist with general cleaning duties as required.
- **Laundry**: Support with laundry tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- **Meal Assistance**: Help in serving meals to clients.
- **Webster Pack Administration**: Support in the administration of Webster packs (medication management).
- **Empathy and Kindness**: Demonstrate empathy and kindness in all interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively within a small, friendly team environment.
- **Independent Work**: Be able to work with limited supervision, showing maturity and self-direction.
- **Process Adherence**: Follow established processes and guidelines.
- **Sleepover Shift**: After 3 months, participate in sleepover shifts to respond to emergency calls.
- **Care**: Provide some personal care and support for those residents requiring supervision.
