About the Role

JAX Tyres & Auto Geelong is excited to welcome a new, experienced store manager to their friendly team. In this role, you will manage our busy workshop, developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and team members. You will lead and work closely with sales staff, motor mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving. Your day-to-day tasks would include:

- Managing the workshop with a positive, can-do attitude
- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Motivating, encouraging and communicating with your team
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Assisting the Franchisee in optimising the business

About you
- Experience in a management role
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
- You’re approachable and possess exceptional leadership skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and strive to achieve KPIs
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in the automotive and tyre industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,580.57 - $75,679.58 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
