Are you looking for a management role in retail? Victoria's largest chain of bicycle stores is searching for its next Assistant Store Manager at our My Ride Geelong site. We are looking for an experienced person to support our Store Manager who has demonstrated the ability to achieve sales targets, build and manage customer relationships and lead a team to achieve exceptional results. You will be the type of person that does not mind the grind of daily operations and are not scared of getting your hands dirty with the ritual of cleaning and daily operating activities.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in managing high volume stores with a large range of products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
- A passion for store merchandising and a keen eye for detail and store presentation.
- Managed stock inventory systems and have a high degree of experience with stock receipting, stock control and entry of stock into retail management systems.
- Outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills.
