**About the role**:
A nationally established law firm is looking for a Solicitor or Associate Solicitor with experience with defendant insurance and abuse claims to join their Insurance team. The role will focus on personal injury and property liability matters and will develop your skills as a solicitor through novel and complex legal cases, with the support of structured mentoring and training.

**Conditions for Success**:

- 3-5 Years PAE practising as an Australian Lawyer, with experience in personal injury and property liability claims to join the Insurance Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail - adept analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
- Experience in Business Development & Maintenance - readily able to establish relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
- Ability to prioritise and manage many files effectively and efficiently.
- Tailored & Adaptive Approach - proactive, innovative, outcome-focused and professional acumen.
- Able to work autonomously, and in a team where necessary.

**Your Duties**:

- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
- Keep in view the wider perspective and integrate other Industry and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Your primary focus will be personal injury and property liability claims and report to the Principle of the team.
