**Looking to make an impact and change lives?** At **Able to Thrive** we're all about providing the best care and support services for our participants and we know that IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU. **Who we are?** **Able to Thrive** is a fresh face in the disability services industry who is here to help participants find their potential and equip them with the tools, resources, and support necessary to achieve their dreams. **What we're looking for**: - Genuinely compassionate, caring personality - Wants to be in this amazing industry for the long-term - Bubbly, fun, and energetic - Experience with personal care, standing hoist, and general support worker duties (preferred but not a requirement) **What we Offer**: - Competitive starting rate of $34.73/hr on weekdays; - $48.62/hr on Saturdays; - $62.51/hr on Sundays and; - $76.41/hr on Public holidays. - We pay $0.96/km for any travel incurred during your shift. - Opportunities for growth and professional development through our "ATT Roadmap to Thrive". - Employee of the month, quarter, and year bonuses. - Retention bonuses **Prior Experience and Qualifications**: - Mandatory NDIS Orientation and Induction modules must be completed before commencing employment. - Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening Check must be cited before commencing employment. - 1 year of experience as a support worker is preferred but not necessary. - We will train you on everything in house - You will also be encouraged to gain certifications in first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, mental health, and more. - High-performing members of our team may have their enrollment in relevant TAFE courses covered to supplement the experience gained with us. **Our Commitment**: - Able to Thrive is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone is respected, treated equally, and given the same opportunities for growth and advancement._ - We are committed to maintaining a child-safe organisation._ - Able to Thrive recognises the traditional owners of this land on which we live and work and we pay our respect to elders past, present and emerging._ **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Pay: $34.00 - $41.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee mentoring program - Professional development assistance - Referral program - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Rotating roster - Shift work - Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: - Retention bonus Application Question(s): - Do you have Certificate III or Certificate IV? - Do you have your own vehicle? - Do you have NSW Driver's License? - What is your work availability?
