**About our client**
Kingston Human Capital has been engaged by one of Queensland’s highly respected Government Departments to assist in sourcing for
**a high-performing Project Specialist** to join their team.
As the
**Project Specialist**, you will
- Prepare and manage the project and comprehensive schedule control system
- Provide progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis for a large government infrastructure
- Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, and provide quality assurance for tracking and reporting
- Manage the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules and project lead schedules
- Prepare project performance and progress reports and other bespoke reports as needed
- Share and demonstrate project controls and time/schedule management knowledge
- Support the team in the implementation of the master schedule program

- Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using project scheduling tools such as MS Project, MS Visio, Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- A good understanding and use of Project performance indicators used to measure project progress (EVM, Success Probability Trends, Schedule KPI, etc.)
