Waggy Tails is a leading boutique dog day care facility located in the beautiful leafy suburb of Eltham. Our services include dog day care and grooming. Our company is passionate about dogs and treat all dogs in our care like they were our own. **The role**
- Maintain control and supervise groups of dogs, ensuring safety and wellbeing. Safety is high priority here at Waggy Tails
- Providing canine enrichment and exposure activities on a daily basis
- Perform temperament assessments
- Frequent cleaning of the facility
- Building and maintaining the relationships we have with our wonderful pet parents with open and honest communication
- Daily Photography and video creation of social media content for our doggie parents
- Communicate relevant daily information to your team, via our pet software and online diary
- You will learn every aspect of the business during first 90 days with expectation that you can be rotated to all different areas when needed

**The basic minimum requirements**
- Professional experience or qualifications working with dogs
- Fit and able to move quickly and handle groups of dogs including large breeds
- Able to work long days in a high-pressure environment and be on your feet for long periods of time
- A strong desire to learn
- Current driver’s license
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Available to attend an unpaid 3-hour work trial shift

**Position**
- 20 hours per week casual - 2 positions available
- Salary will be based on relevant qualifications and position. Further information will be discussed during the interview process
