The Role

In this fixed term 12 month role you will be responsible for vacant space across our Medical & Dental Portfolio.
You will communicate with all medical centres to identify vacant space, prepare vacant space for inspections, engage with tenants, engage with real estate agents, market vacancies, canvass tenants, cold call tenants, address enquiry, negotiate terms of sublease & provide update on status of vacancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify leasable space and connect with tenants to sublease vacancy
- Liaise with Regional Managers and Practice Managers to identify vacant space to lease
- Market vacant space through real-estate agents, cold calling, identify existing opportunity with current subtenants to expand into new locations
- Negotiate best commercial outcome for the medical centre and dental centres.
- Create vacant space record

Experience & attributes
- 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate leasing
- Lease negotiation experience critical
- Experience within the Healthcare Sector desirable
- High level computer skills in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give presentations
