**About the role**

We are seeking to contract Reformer Pilates instructors for **regular** and **cover shifts** each with multiple class runs, to form part of our team.

Equip Pilates studios have a passion for the health and wellbeing of everyBODY, providing affordable reformer Pilates classes by quality instructors, and our studios have a warm, inclusive and friendly feel with our valued regular clients.

Studio safely and conveniently located inside Mill Park's premier pharmacy Fullife, so no need to arrive early to open up and stay late to lock up.

Flexibility with class timetable runs, Monday - Sunday, including morning, afternoon and evening.

Smaller group sizes, with 12 reformers, allowing simpler supervision & interaction with clients.

45 minute group class duration, allowing for 15 minute gaps in between classes.

Free membership to train as a client in our studio when you're not running classes

**Skills and experience**

**REQUIRED**

Current Reformer Pilates trainer certification

Current professional indemnity insurance

Current CPR & First Aid

ABN

Reliable, kind, personable, professional, motivated and client-centered approach.

**DESIRABLE**

Experience with in person group reformer Pilates training

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Reformer Pilates Certification (required)
