We are a very busy practice in Marrickville looking for a friendly and self-motivated new medical reception team member.

You need to be able to multitask and be efficient on computers and all tasks.

In this busy role you will be expected to handle phones, patients, and doctors’ requests simultaneously. The role is for 2-3 shift per week to start, with the option of further shifts if needed and with flexibility to fill in to relieve other staff from time to time. long term commitment preferred

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, highly motivated and energetic
- Demonstrable fast and accurate data entry skills
- Be proficient in computer including MS Word, Outlook and Hotdoc or willing to lean
- High level of attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and schedule own time and operate with confidential information
- Caring and attentive attitude towards fellow staff, patients and doctors
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn
- Experience with Medical Software, preferably MD & Pracsoft and knowledge of medical terminology or will to learn
- Well-presented and reliable
- A great team player.
- Be approachable and friendly
