**About the Role**

This role will be providing SIL support to a client living with complex mental health. This includes assistance with ADLs, community access, and managing challenging behaviours.

**About You**
- Minimum 12 months experience in Mental Health & Disabiity.
- Experience in Supported Independent Living.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Mental Health, Disability, Nursing etc.
- Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- VIC Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check& Police Check
- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support
