**The Role**

Are you someone who thrives on building relationships and identifying areas of improvement within a sales environment? This role will see you leading a vibrant team of sales reps to identify, pursue and grow the business in key locations, all while being supported by an in-depth business plan and targeted account list.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee call cycles and sales planners
- Develop new business opportunities and attend key accounts
- Manage the execution and measurement of margin growth strategies
- Analyse and interpret sales reports/results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets
- Co-ordinate and lead your team with sales promotions, training and market research
- Work closely with the Branch Manager on profit and loss outcome

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communications skills
- Previous experience with CRM
- Proven record in commercial sales and the ability to maximise profit potential
- Ability to manage people and processes while encouraging and promoting change
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
