**The role**:
Reporting to the Executive, Private Wealth Client Support you will lead a large operational team supporting all functions across JBWere and nabtrade to provide excellent customer and colleague experience. **You will have ownership in promoting simplification, reducing risk, and improving productivity across PW Operations.**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Ownership of existing operations functions across PW Client Support, Private Investments, nabtrade and JBWere;
- Drive top quartile engagement across the team
- Drive simplification, risk reduction and improved productivity across Private Wealth Operations;
- Partner with the relevant enabling Domains to ensure the needs of Private Wealth customers are met. Continuous improvement of Customer Experience and User Experience through innovation, efficiency, systems, capability, org design and process design in Operations
- Partner with Private Wealth distribution to agree cost, quality, speed, and risk service level agreements for Private Wealth operations activities;
- Work closely with the E2E ecosystem to uplift and streamline client and colleague experience.
- Define a vision with clear, agreed, and measurable objectives for the team that align to the organisational priorities;
- Guarantee the team’s delivery of services to clients against an agreed set of service standards;
- Lead and empower future business leaders in developing their skills and strategic awareness;
- Deliver best in class workforce management and tools and cadence, including resource and load planning and forecasting to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Build strong team brand and engagement, with high levels of cross skilling

**What you will bring**:

- At least 15 years operations experience, within extensive professional services in Wealth Advice / Wealth Operations / Broking Operations functions;
- Strong planning, decision making and alignment skills whilst maintaining an enterprise view and customer centric mindset;
- Experience driving operational efficiency in large scale and multifaceted businesses;
- Proven record in successfully leading and managing large teams as well as influencing and negotiating at senior levels.
- Leading hybrid teams in both on and offshore locations
