We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Private Wealth Support team, a customer-facing group dedicated to delivering best-practice service to high-net-worth clients.

You'll be stepping into a newly created position with the freedom to shape, build, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.

This is a pivotal role within our Service, Administration & Support department, ideal for someone passionate about service excellence, team development, and strategic collaboration.

As Head of Private Wealth Support, you will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver premium service standards.

• Champion a customer-focused culture aligned with Netwealth's values.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Investment Operations, IT, Risk/Compliance, and Distribution teams.

• Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues.

• Represent the department in strategic platform projects and company-wide initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies.

• Building deep product knowledge and service culture within the team.

• Maintaining consistent, high-quality service for private wealth clients.

• Navigating complex internal stakeholder relationships.

• Managing escalations and contributing to strategic projects.

• Adapting to regulatory and technological changes in a dynamic environment.

• 5+ years' experience leading customer service/support teams in financial services.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

• Formal qualifications in finance or business (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• RG146 compliance or similar certifications advantageous.

• Deep understanding of wealth management products and regulatory frameworks.

• Ability to become a subject matter expert in Netwealth's offerings.
