About the Role
As Change and Engagement Coordinator, you will support the delivery of various projects and initiatives across QLeave, improving the infrastructure through which programs of work are delivered. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Program, Planning and Delivery, your focus will include:
Coordinating a broad range of change management activities to operationalise continuous improvement across the organisation.
Implementing change management strategies, ensuring quality outcomes that meet stakeholder objectives.
Assisting in the preparation or high-level corporate documents such as submission, briefs and other correspondence.
Your Responsibilities
Provide change management support to business areas by ensuring that project and delivery teams understand the change management approach, and the benefits it delivers for their people.
Work collaboratively with impacted groups to understand their current system and processes, the proposed changes, and the impact that those changes with make.
Undertake research and analysis to interpret and solve problems to support the development and implementation of various projects, including identifying opportunities for improvement in strategies and service delivery.
Provide high level advice to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding progress of projects and/or issues to support the continuous improvement of the EPPD team initiatives and enable effective decision making.
Assist in the preparation of submissions, briefs and other correspondence relating to project activities and provide status updates and reports on outcomes, in accordance with departmental requirements.
Develop a range of change and engagement artefacts including but not limited to change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder mapping etc.

What We're Looking For
For this role, we will consider how well you:
Demonstrate your experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating employees to embrace change
Support complex project planning, including report generation at program and project level, budget management and program governance.
Use structure and methodology in your approach.
Effectively communicate with a dynamic range of internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage one or more defined communication channels or stakeholder groups and facilitate the business change decision-making processes including the planning and implementation of change.
Are familiar with project and change management methodologies (e.g. Kotters', ADKAR, PDCA, PMBOK, PRINCE2 etc.) and providing advice using appropriate project management techniques within a complex project environment.
Provide effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and exceptional written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
Utilise your analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills in a team environment while developing effective working relationships with team members.
