**The Job**:

- Provide training & coaching to pool of Contractors to optimise engagement & performance - this organisation treats Contractors the same way as permanent team members
- Quality assurance & file reviews - ensure your team is meeting SLAs, quality & outcome measures
- Customer relationship management - build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Manage a small caseload to maintain your technical skills & professional membership - option for this to be reduced as team grows
- Develop a collaborative & positive team culture
- Recruitment of high-performing, likeminded individuals in line with business needs
- Currently work from your home office, with view to establishing an office
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist (Provisional or Full); ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 2 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience
- Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
- Energetic, enthusiastic & proactive
- A reliable vehicle & driver’s licence
- Full COVID vaccination
