**Your Impact**

We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dynamic
**Rehabilitation Counsellor**. You will be joining Procare Group amidst an exciting phase of growth and will have the chance to work with some of Australia's most prestigious clients

You will be joining our
**Canberra team **who are proud to have previously won the 'Insurance Leader of the Year' award, in recognition of outstanding service and support to the insurance industry

Your role will include:

- Supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;
- Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments;
- Case management across various jurisdictions including WC, CTP, Life Insurance and private industry;
- Liaison with health professionals, Doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;

**About you**

Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for You'll be curious and will continuously seek out ways to improve customer's experiences and outcomes.

You will be qualified as a:

- Rehabilitation Counsellor (full ASORC or RCAA membership mandatory), or
- Registered Psychologist (with AHPRA registration)
- Provisional Psychologists welcome to apply

**You'll also need**
- Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
