**About Us**
The DON brand is Australia’s most loved smallgoods brand. Our heritage goes back to the late 1800’s and we have always been passionate about meat and making meat even better - transforming it into delicious tasting Ham, Bacon, Salami and Smallgoods at our Castlemaine facility.

We are currently looking for
**PERMANENT PRODUCTION OPERATORS** to join us immediately. Our site is a state-of-the-art facility and is the largest manufacturer in regional Victoria with approximately 1,300 team members.

**About the Job**
We produce a large range of meat-based products and rely on our dedicated workforce to create these much-loved products.

Responsibilities may include: packing, machine operation, manual handling and general process work. We have various shift times available including flexible, day and afternoon shifts. When you apply, our team will discuss what options work best for you.

**Hours available**:

- Day Shift (5:00am-3:00pm approx)
- Afternoon Shift (3:30pm-12:00pm approx)

**About You**
To be successful, you will:

- Be a reliable and dedicated team member
- Available to work at least 3 days a week (preferably 5)
- Be able to perform manual tasks in a cold environment for your full shift
- Have excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality
- Be 17-years or older
