**The venue**:
El Patron is a new establishment bringing the city-feel to Sydney's west, Gregory Hills. Offering a great selection of South-American inspired tapas and exotic selection of beers, cocktails and wine. Accompanied with excellent entertainment, El Patron is scheduled to set a high-energy vibe. Our guests are the majority of locals from around the area as well as a corporate crowd for lunchtimes and early evenings.

**Skills you must have**:

- Experience in bar operations
- Cocktail making experience
- Strong knowledge & hospitality experience
- Good people and communication skills

**About You**:
To be considered for this fantastic role, you will:

- have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience;
- have cocktail knowledge and experience;
- maintain a professional bar and high standard of service;
- be willing to work on a rotating roster including evenings weekends;
- hold all relevant and current industry licences and certificates;
- adhere to company and industry policies and procedures;
- develop a strong rapport with staff, management, clientele and the local community;
- be able to work autonomously and part of a team in a high paced environment;
- excellent communication skills;
- show good initiative and attention to detail;
- be a flexible, hands on, energetic and proactive leader.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
